The edit workflow page allows users to assign additionalreviewers, approvers, publishers or audience to the workflow. The option to Delete, Copy, Finish and change the Owner/Co-owner of the workflow is available on this page as well.
To automatically assign an additional reviewer, approver, audience or additional publisher to a document when using a workflow, click on the desired option and a window will appear to select the user(s) and/or group(s) to assign. Verify that the desired option is checked and if you do not want to allow changes to the user(s)/group(s) selected in the workflow, uncheck the Allow to Change box for any of the options.
After applying all the desired changes users can click on Save to save the workflow changes as a Draft or they can immediately finalize the workflow by clicking on Finish, it will appear as an Assigned workflow. Clicking on an assigned workflow users have the option to Delete, Copy, send to Draft, change the Audience and change the Owner/Co-owner of the workflow.
