Using the Administration Search users will have the option to search for in three key ways, by Document Catalog, by Date and a generic search. All three ways allow users to filter the results by Active or Inactive documents and by full text (broad search), by word (specific words), by ID, by field(s) and by attachments. The option to for Search News is available on this window.
Using the Document Catalog search options will let users filter search results by using the current section and sub sections and will only display results if found in the sections selected.
The by Date search option will users choose specific key dates and filter documents not matching the criteria. The available keys dates are Draft Date, Review Date, Approval Date, Effective Date and Reference Date.
