Clicking on the Create User button will allow the user to create a new user. The user will have to assign a Username, Password and Email for the new user. The user can add additional Optional Information to the new user, like First and Last Name, Department, Address and Phone numbers.
The user can immediately assign Permissions for the new user in the user creation page. If no permissions are assigned then the new user will be a read only user. Clicking Save will create the user and open additional options.
Once the new user is created the option to assign the user to Groups will be available. Click Exit to return to the Users page.
