Note: This option is only available to SAAS instances of DynamicPolicy.

 

The Configurations option in DynamicPolicy allows users to set defaults for newly created documents.

 

Confidential - Restrict access to the document to only individuals or groups specified.

Acknowledgment Required - Marks the document as a required document and must be read and acknowledged by the users.

Download and Print - Enables the option to download and print the document.

Push Alerts - Enables alerts on the home screen and alert icon on top of page.

Expiration - Sets the number of months until a document is marked as expired.
