The Read Policy page allows users to review and acknowledge a document as well as provide various details of the document's properties like folder location, effective date, and version number. Clicking on the Acknowledge Now link immediately takes the user to the acknowledgment confirmation section of the page.
Users need to click the checkbox and the Acknowledge Now button to register the document as read. The acknowledgment confirmation section gives users the option to send email comments and add the document to the bookmarks.
