In DynamicPolicy the document's Properties window provides users with information about the document, it also gives the ability to manage document access by reviewers, approvers, and the user audience. Document properties can only be modified by the document's owner and co-owner(s).
In the General section users have access to important document information like Document ID, Owner, Co-Owner, assigned Co-Owner group, Audience, Review by, Approval by, Published by, Quiz, Draft Date, Review Date, Approval Date and Effective Date.

In the Advanced section users can manage and modify the document with different options. Users have the ability to restrict access to the document to only the specified audiences with the Confidential option. Additionally, users can require the audience to acknowledge the document, explicitly restrict or allow reviewers and approvers to view comments entered by others and set an expiration date for the document.

In the Fields section users can add data to the custom fields that were assigned to the document in the Fields center. The Audit Trail section shows the document's key milestone dates in the document development life cycle and retaining records of reviewer and approver comments for Published documents.
