The Document Cycle section allows users to move the document through the stages in DynamicPolicy and it can be found under the Tools Menu on any document.
To move the document to the next stage, click on the stage in the document cycle and a window will pop up, this will allow the user to select a group of users and/or individual users. The selected participants will need to Review or Approve the document, depending on the stage the document, before it can proceed to the next stage.
Click on Send to finalize the selection of participants and send the document to the selected stage. The page will update to confirm that the document has successfully been sent to the selected stage.
