Document Review or Approval

In DynamicPolicy, when a document is in the Review or Approval stage, the document must be reviewed/approved by the selected participants before it can progress to the next stage.

In the Review stage, the reviewer(s) have to click Finish to verify that the document has been reviewed and cleared to move on to the next stage of the document cycle. Reviewers have the option to add comments if before finalizing their review, once all reviewers have finished the review process the document will show a green check mark signaling it's ready for the next stage.

In the Approval stage, the approver(s) can click Comment to be taken to the approval section where they can approve or reject the document. The approver(s) must add a comment to why they are approving or rejecting the document before the option to approve, Yes or No, is enabled.

Once all approvers have finished the approval process the document will show a green check mark, signaling it's ready to be published, or it could show a red circle meaning that at least one approver has rejected the document.
