The option to publish a news article to an audience is done from the Edit News page. Clicking on Finish will publish the news article after selecting an audience. When the audience is selected, click Save to publish the news article. Removing a published news article can be done by clicking on the article under the Active News section and clicking the Delete option. Deleting the news article will inactivate it and remove it from News and Updates.
