DynamicPolicy reports are grouped into three categories: Acknowledgments, User Management and Audit Detail. You may also generate customized reports with the Generate New Report option, which allows you to configure reports based on selected fields and to sort the results on the fields of your choice.
Reports in the Acknowledgments category include the following:
•Audience - Generates a report based on groups and documents/policies assigned to them.
•By Date - Shows pending policies which have not been read by some employees within the selected range of dates.
•By Document - Displays all published documents/polices and users completion status on a per document/policy basis.
•Education - Reports show whether employees have taken the quizzes attached to specific policies, the score that each user has achieved on the test, and the number of attempts made by the user to pass the quiz.
•Elective Documents - Displays all documents/policies published as an Elective. This report includes an overview of progress, as well as detailed information on what users have or have not viewed.
•Groups - Reports display employees acceptance of documents/policies based on their group affiliations. You can select specific groups to view users acceptance of policies specifically targeted to them.
•Pending Documents - Shows pending assigned documents/policies which have not been completed.
•Required Documents - Displays all documents/policies published as Required. This report includes an overview of progress, as well as detailed information on what users have or have not completed.
•Users - Allows you to view individual users assigned documents/policies on a per user basis.
Reports in the User Management category include the following:
•Document Catalog - The Document Catalog displays the Table of Contents with all the sections/folders and subsections.
•Users Groups - The User Groups report provides the ability to view users assigned to the selected group.
•Users Permissions - The User Permissions report provides the ability to view a list of users with the selected permission.
Reports in the Audit Detail category include the following:
•Attachments - This report displays a list of attachments assigned to the selected document.
•Audience - This generates a report with the audience of the selected documents/policies.
•Audit Trail - This report provides a quick summary as well as a full history of all your documents and changes made to them, including a full Audit Details export.
•Document Catalog - This generates a report with a list of policies contained in the selected section/folder.
•Expiration - This report displays lists of policies and their expiration dates. You may select either expired policies to view, or all policies in the system, with expiration dates listed. You can also email policy owners directly from this report.
•Inactive - This report displays a list of all policies currently inactive, including the policy version and effective date.
•News - This report displays a list of news available in the system.
•Owner - This report enables you to view policies belonging to specific policy owners. You can search for owner names, and then select an owner to view his or her policies.
•Stage - This report provides the ability to view policies in the system based on their stage of development/review.
•Template - This generates a report displaying a list of documents using the selected template.
•Workflow - This generates a report displaying a list of documents using the selected workflow.
