The Expiration report displays lists of documents and their expiration dates. Users can select views of All Documents or My Documents to filter what documents are displayed in the report. The report also provides a quick summary of how many documents are Expired, Expiring in 60 days and the Total amount of published documents. Clicking on one of the summaries will filter the documents and only show the documents for that summary. In the Expiration forecast, users can click on the values under each month to display what documents have a expiration date that hasn't passed.
Users can use the search bar to filter documents and can also select all or multiple documents to Export List or Email the document owners directly from this report.
