The Audit Trail report provides a quick summary as well as a full history of all your documents and changes made to them, including a full Audit Details export. Users can select views of Published Documents, Updating Documents or Inactive Documents to see all the documents in those stages and using the search bar can help find specific documents. Users can also select all or multiple documents and click Print Report(s) to export the full Audit Details report in bulk.
For each document users can click on the individual printer icon under the Actions section to get an immediate audit report for that specific document. An option to print the report can be found on this page as well.
